6oz sausage meat
4oz mature cheese
1 tsp tomato puree
2 tbsp fresh breadcrumbs
Seasoning
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce

Combine all the ingredients

Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle
3.
Place mixture in the centre of pastry and fold over the
pastry to seal the mixture.
4.
Brush with egg or milk to glaze
5.
Bake in oven 180/ 190 for 25 – 30 mins.
